Refund Policy


Returns and refunds are happily accepted for items which arrive broken, damaged or defective. Because many of our items are handmade, if you report an issue with quality, tainted product, or otherwise, we may ask that you return the product for inspection. In which case, we will mail you a prepaid shipping label. You may simply place the item back in its' original packaging for pickup by the a courier.

We do not currently accept returns for change of mind, mistakenly ordered items, or items ordered in the wrong size. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for RINGS ONLY. However, we size each ring ourselves before advertising on the website. Please do your best to know your size! If you require assistance, including finding your size or needing more pictures of the ring on the sizing rod, please contact us.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL SHIPPING TIMES WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER! ALL ITEMS advertise a shipping time of 5 to 30 BUSINESS DAYS. This is because some of our items ship directly from the manufacturing facility. Their tracking systems do not tend to update as frequently as we are used to. Handmade items will usually ship much faster. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the manufacturer. We will provide all shipping information available for each parcel, as it is made available to us. In the even that an item should exceed this estimated shipping time, we will happily make accommodations on a case by case basis. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen for you.

If you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us ASAP so that we can assist you in fixing it before processing the order. Order processing time is typically 24-72 hrs, barring weekends or holidays. You can e-mail however, The FASTEST way to contact us is by messaging our Facebook Page.

Please keep in mind that this website is run by an actual human being! We are not here to just try and take your money. We love our products, we love YOU, and we just want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback, please contact us BEFORE opening up a dispute.
